Developing renewable energy parks
We have great experience developing solar parks. Land surveyors, nature specialists, engineers, financial experts all collaborate to deliver our renewable energy parks at the right time and place.
Access to land for renewable energy projects
We focus on finding land in regions where we can create an impact that matters through renewable energy (RE).
We analyse regions using screening criteria related to expected energy consumption, relevant energy offtakers, grid capacity, political willingness and environmental potential, e.g., the potential to mitigate low land emissions or protect drinking water reservoirs.
Based on initial research, we prioritise to develop or source renewable energy projects with high realisation potential and bring them through the development process towards ready-to-build.
Engaging with communities, municipality and grid operators
Once a renewable energy project is prioritised, we begin initial community engagement. We engage in dialogues with relevant municipalities, grid operators, neighbours and local communities. Environmental permits, zoning permits, building permits and grid-connection agreements are obtained. This is all a part of enabling solar parks to be built.
Bringing greater value through larger scale
The larger the renewable energy parks we build, the more added value we can bring to regions and local communities. This requires a tailored approach for each mega-scale project, incorporating multifunctional land use, such as areas for nature and recreation.
